The take-home batter mix is the exact same one used by the team at Two Chefs and a Table to make their Classic Buttermilk Fried Chicken featured in their famous Chicken & Waffles and in the Two Chefs Chicken Shack pop-up restaurant. Each package of Big Lou’s Chicken Batter costs $8 and includes enough to coat one full chicken for frying.
